World Famous Oasis Restaurant

Whenever we are in St Augustine we like breakfast at the Oasis. They have daily specials and the food is first rate. Its a fun, eclectic place. Friendly people. Great coffee.

Delicious food, fun atmosphere, excellent service!

My husband and I ate a bucket of steamed oysters there today. They was pretty good. We ordered hot wings and fries. I had their peanut butter pie and I must say it was THE BEST peanut butter pie I have EVER had. My husband got his peanut butter pie to go. When we got home he ate his and said the whole time he was eating his peanut butter pie that it was THE BEST peanut butter pie he had ever had.

The atmosphere in this restaurant was amazing. The staff were wonderful. The food was AMAZING! I had the wrap and it was huge. The fish was delicious and the onion rings were some of the best I have ever had! I will definitely be back!!

We ate breakfast here, and while the service was fantastic, the food ruined our mood until lunchtime.

Great homemade breakfast at a very good price. Every thing was hot off the stove. Had that just made taste and look. The biscuits and gravy were clearly fresh and not out of a can/tin. Will stop here any time I am up that way. Looking forward to trying lunch and dinner.

Music was too loud to talk comfortably, bathroom is unisex, fine, just PLEASE CLEAN THE FLOOR.

Good place to watch game and have some seafood. Like their decorations and their setup. We sat in the second floor, good view of the neighborhood. We went there for lunch and ordered chicken strips with fries and fried alligator tails. Foods were good and tasty. Alligator tails were a little crunchy but decent taste. Overall, this place was good for my first time experiencing alligator tails from Florida.

Good service, great food choices & very reasonably priced. A casual setting with an old Florida atmosphere.

Used to go here years ago when I lived in St Augustine. Visited the other day and they were still awesome! Great food, awesome atmosphere!

I've been going to the Oasis since I was a little girl. The Whaler Fish Sandwich is still huge and delicious as I remembered. Great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Delicious and nice spicy sausages. The berries were nice and waffles perfectly fresh. Also pretty good coffee! Blueberry pancakes amazing also!

Great fresh caught seafood! The coconut shrimp was some of the best I've ever had. Service was great, and the asmostphere felt like a favorite local joint. Was a bit pricey, but not bad considering the freshness of the fish.

Fabulous breakfast and service! Definitely a great place to take your out of town guests for a filling and tasty breakfast before heading to Fort Matanzas or Washington Oaks.

Conch Fritters are amazing! My first time eating them. And the sandwiches were loaded with meat! Definitely go here. Service was great. Kept our drinks filled.

Burger was cooked properly and nice and juicy. Their fries are delicious and perfectly cut. I also like that the price for a burger, fries and drink here is comparable to say, Burger King or Dairy Queen but the quality is better on account of it being actual food and not just greasy fast food. Not to say I don't like fast food but if I'm gonna spend 10 bucks for a burger, I'd rather do it here.

This place is a hit or miss with the service. I would give it a 5 star if not for that. The food is constantly amazing and have great portions too. We come to Florida 3-4x a year and come here every single time.

Great service! I had the steak and eggs. My steak came out way overcooked the first time (well done when I had asked for medium rare) and they got me another one so quickly and in a friendly manner. Great drinks, too!

Great Bloody Mary's and the live music is awesome! Watch out for the seagulls on the upper deck :P

Great atmosphere. Service was good. The food was average. This place can get pretty busy so arrive early.

It was very busy. The food came out fast and it was nothing special. The server was so busy she didn't even bother to come and ask how the food was. I returned my fried fish sandwich. It was mushy with no flavor. It was a very thin piece of fish and I even offered the upgrade for the better fish. I got the pattymelt to replace it. I ordered the pattymelt medium. It came well done and dripping in grease. The flavor was nice but I couldn't get over the gease that was dripping off it. The best thing about the experience was the live music!

Love this place!! Only go during happy hour3:30- 6:45pm. Live music & during high season fun Trivial Pursuit! Gonzo Burger is fantastic & cold peel& eat shrimp are terrific! Mixed drinks are in the 3$ range & beers in the 2-3$ range!! Fun friendly atmosphere. Get thretresrly $ sit upstairs or u won't get a seat!!

We had a nice lunch visit. The building is huge and they have many seating areas, indoor and outdoor. We ate inside upstairs and had a nice table. Our server was great and got our food out quick. I had a grouper wrap that was quite tasty.

Fantastic local place. Good food and service. Cant go wrong breakfast lunch or dinner.

Just happened upon Oasis while out looking for breakfast early this morning and I’m glad we did! There was no wait and breakfast arrived quickly as ordered and hot! Friendly staff and great price. On my list for places to eat in St. Augustine.

Best place ever!!!!!!!! My dad is a st Aug native, who lives in South fla now. He drives 3 hours just to eat here every so often and will eat no where else in st augustine when he is home. Best seafood n datil pepper sauce anywhere!!

Ambience, Location and staff are exceptional. The drinks are cold and Ice doesn't melt. The food my friends is average. While the many menu items and reasonably priced, the quality is simply okay. The salads are fresh, the veggies are also fresh, garden fresh. Burgers, sandwiches, wraps and meats are better than Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King. The fries need work though.

Visiting from the UK while in town for the Daytona 500, the food is absolutely second to none. Amazingly tasty steak!

This is a fun place to have either breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food is always cooked fresh. The drinks are good and cold too. Also they have plenty of TVs upstairs for game nights. They also open up nice and early for breakfast.

Good atmosphere, nice well trained server, food was okay a little pricey. I had a salad with grilled chicken mine was very flavorful, my husband had the ribeye and it was a bit stringy, almost like the grill wasn’t hot enough. Taste was good and overall experience was very good.

Fantastic place. Very relaxing atmosphere, wonderful staff, FABULOUS food. The key lime pie is to die for! Will go back one day.

The food is delicious and the staff is outstanding. Danielle really stands out with her personality and menu knowledge. If you’re not sure what to get, let the waitstaff order for you.

We came here on the advice of my parents although later we realized they meant we should come for breakfast also. I was quite impressed with the food this trip but after speaking to a couple of locals about breakfast here I will definitely be back. This is a bar and grill near the beach that serves plenty of burgers and fries but also some nice fried seafood options. Our waitress Tara was very attentive throughout the meal and made sure that no one's drink ran empty. This trip we were with the kids but I was also made aware a band was starting later in the day. There is a nice deck here and I have resolved to come back later.

Love the atmosphere and food. Portions good and beer is cold. Service was good but not great. Oysters are high but very good. All in all, great place.

Great fish tacos... Good enough to go back the very next day for more. Both times were great!

The food definitely want anything special. Neither is the decor. The staff were the best part about the place, friendly and very accommodating
